I remember spending many holidays and summers at my grandparent’s house; They were so instrumental to my upbringing since I was an only child of a single mother. My grandmother was Catholic and I could feel her love for God in the way she decorated her home. She wanted to bring him honor and glory by the way she kept her home; it was a sign of gratitude to keep it clean and well-decorated with Jesus Christ as center to her life and living.
In my ongoing series, House of Faith, I take you into real homes where we explore how the owner decorated to reflect the heart of Jesus Christ as the center of their living. Just click on House of Faith in the column and read all past archives. Fresh material will be on its way once baby Charlotte makes her appearance mid-January.
